"Disappointing packaging for the price"
The shoes showed up in a crushed box with barely any protection inside, like they’d just been tossed around the whole way here. For what they cost, I really expected the packaging to be a lot better. i’m just tired of having to deal with stuff like this and then possibly chase customer service over it. Disappointed.

"Good shoes, but hard to find in stock"
I really do like these shoes, but the stock situation is kind of annoying. It feels like every time I check, the color or size I want is already sold out. The restocks seem a bit random too, or at least I haven’t been able to figure out any pattern. It’s a little frustrating when you’re actually ready to buy and just can’t.

"I really wanted to like these…"
I really wanted to like these, honestly. They look nice and the fit was pretty much fine, but the traction was, uh, kind of a letdown for me. On smoother floors, I felt like I had to be extra careful so I wouldn’t slip, which isn’t really what I expected. For the price, I was hoping the grip would be better. Maybe they do better on other surfaces, but for me, they just didn’t feel secure enough.

"Cute shoes, but the quality could be better"
The shoes are really cute and look nice on, but the craftsmanship is kind of mixed. One heel had visible glue and the stitching looked a little sloppy in spots. They’re still wearable, but for the price I expected better. Also, the constant reminders to leave a review were a bit much, I don’t mind reviewing, but the repeated nudges felt aggressive

"Not impressed with the designs"
I was a bit disappointed. The designs look kind of cheap and way too flashy for my taste. I also noticed I was charged, but I haven’t really seen any update or change, which is a little concerning

"Delivery Is Taking Forever"

"Cute, but not the most comfortable"
These look really cute on, and I was excited to wear them out. But after dancing for a while, my feet definitely started hurting. Great for looks, just not something I’d wear for a long night...

"Delivery was a total circus"
Ordered from Hella Heels the whole delivery circus was a mess. The tracking thing barely updated, the delivery date kept doing its little disappearing act, and then when it was actually supposed to arrive, nothing showed up.
I ended up having to chase for updates, which got old fast. The shoes might be cute, sure, but Captain Unreliable Delivery has put me off ordering again if I need something by a specific day

"Feels overpriced for what you get"
I really wanted to love these because they looked great online, but once I got them and thought about the price, it just didn’t feel worth it. Not saying it’s a scam, but it kind of feels like you’re paying more for the name than the actual quality or comfort. For what I spent, I expected something a lot better. They’re fine, just not good enough that I’d buy them again.

"Comfy After a Little Break-In!!"
I got my usual size and they fit pretty much right!! They were a tiny bit tight around the toes the first time I wore them, but after a little while they loosened up and felt much better.

It is easy to use for the most part. I had a little trouble figuring out a couple things at first, but overall it was simple enough and worked fine for what I needed.

I ordered from Hella Heels and ended up needing some help with my order, but I couldn’t get a proper response from customer service. I emailed and waited a few days, and whatever came back didn’t really help with what was going on. Maybe it was just bad timing or something on their end, but it was really frustrating after spending the money. The shoes might be great, but the support side put me off. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they fix this

"My first impression as soon as I walked…"
My first impression as soon as I walked in these was that something felt off. I really wanted to like them, but the heel felt unstable, and one shoe had this slight lean that made me worried my ankle might roll. I even tried them on a clean floor to make sure it wasn’t the surface, but they still felt wobbly. Just not worth keeping for me, so I sent them back.

"Finally found heels that don’t make me feel doomed"
I got a pair from Hella Heels, the ankle support is good. I’m usually the one struggling and wobbling around in heels while everyone else seems totally fine, so it was nice to actually feel more steady for once. They did take a bit to break in, which of course was not fun for me, but once I got past that, I ended up being happy with them overall.

"Cute but Didn't Last"
So... these heels are really cute and I was excited to wear them, but the strap snapped after only two wears. Disappointing because I liked the look, but the quality just wasn’t there.

"Refund came through, but the process was a bit slow"
I did end up getting my refund, so I’m glad it was resolved. It just took a little longer than I expected, and I wish the instructions had been clearer along the way so I knew what to do and what to expect.
